Multi-Factor Authentication for SSO Accounts - update 9th November 2020

Please be reminded that tomorrow (Tuesday 10th November 2020) that the first element of the SSO Multi-factor implementation will occur.

At this stage the only change you will notice is that the Single Sign On Login will be replaced with a University of Oxford branded Microsoft page. Your password will not change, but you will now need to enter your username in the format unit1234@OX.AC.UK.

If you have any problems logging in from the 10th November, please clear the cookies from your internet browser, as they could be caching old details or old web functionality and restart your computer. If login issues continue IT Services have set up a dedicated MFA support team who can be contacted via 01865 612345 and selecting option 2. Alternatively please feel free to contact it@museums.ox.ac.uk to reach the Gardens & Museums IT Team.
